Media's Future?

Longtime reader Tom Doran has some sad news about the future of media

If you want a glimpse of a possible future for American print media, take a look at this blog. This really is what local/regional newspapers are like; no budget for real reporting, so it's a vast constellation of petty grievances, each given their due. The thing is, I find I can't look away. There's something endlessly compelling about it, something very true to the texture of human existence.

P.S. The "Angry people in local newspapers" guy also runs this even-more-hypnotic blog.
