Already? 'Palestine' taking Israel to Court
A week ago Mahmoud Abbas personally declared that he would not use a UN vote of recognition to launch complaints against Israel at the International Criminal Court.
But a week is a long time in politics.
A senior Abbas aide, Nabil Shaath, said late Monday that "by continuing these war crimes of settlement activities on our lands and stealing our money, Israel is pushing and forcing us to go to the ICC.
