Don't Let a Deal Die in the House
Last night's hastily assembled fiscal cliff tax deal may well die in the House due to powerful opposition from the GOP's conservative wing. Maybe I'm just young, but it's supposed to work in the other direction, no? (There is no House filibuster). Do remember that several prominent conservatives are urging the deal's passage through the House.
