Here's What Happened to Lena Dunham's Golden Globes Dress

After winnning two awards for Girls at the Golden Globes last night (and making waves for a Zac Posen dress that apparently fought her breasts), Dunham Instagrammed the dress in a tired pile on the floor of her hotel room this morning (along with a corked bottle of champagne sitting in a bucket of melted ice.) The caption read simply: "Walk of Shame."
