Full Text of Debt Ceiling Bill
Embedded below is the full text of the bill the GOP has proposed to raise the debt ceiling for three months. (That is, if Harry Reid can pass a budget.) Give it a read, share some thoughts, and if you're a lawyer, make sure the House leadership doesn't accidentally propose anything unconstitutional. And, for conservative readers, take a while to ponder why Republicans think it's smart to vote to raise the debt ceiling four times a year.
