On January 17th, The Daily Beast published a story describing a number of allegations made in lawsuits against The Cordish Companies. Post-publication, it became apparent that many of the most serious accusations of discrimination were later recanted in non-public depositions, portions of which were subsequently made available to The Daily Beast. The Daily Beast always strives to be fair and factually accurate.
