Public Takes to Sotomayor

The American public seems to like the new gal: According to a Gallup poll, 47 percent of respondents have an “excellent” or “good” opinion of the Sonia Sotomayor nomination, while only 13 percent rate it poor. A Rasmussen poll, meanwhile, shows 87 percent of voters think she will be confirmed.
