Death of Kerrigan’s Dad a Homicide

The death of Daniel Kerrigan, the father of former Olympic figure skater Nancy, was ruled a homicide on Tuesday. Kerrigan died from a heart-rhythm problem after a fight with his son Mark. That could mean new charges against Mark, who has already pleaded not guilty to assault and battery on a person over 60. Mark is currently undergoing a psychiatric evaluation.
