    Obama, Stewart Discuss 'Change'

    How does this fit into the Rally to Restore Sanity? President Obama told Daily Show anchor Jon Stewart that the promised change of the 2008 election is coming, but nothing substantial can happen overnight. “It was change you can believe in but were going to have to work for it,” Obama said. Stewart started to laugh when Obama said he would tell the people who voted for him that he "would say, ‘yes we can, but …’” Stewart, recently named as the most influential man by an AskMen survey, devoted the whole half-hour satirical news program to Obama’s visit—the first time a sitting president has come on The Daily Show. But this is not the first time Obama has made the talk-show rounds: He appeared on The View and The Tonight Show earlier this year.
