A German tourist became the latest shark attack victim in the Red Sea Sunday. The woman's arm was bitten off while she was snorkeling near the Sharm el-Sheikh resort off the coast of Egypt, just a week after a series of attacks injured three Russians and one Ukrainian visitor. She died minutes later. Egyptian authorities had been confident that snorkeling in the area was safe after they captured and killed two sharks on Thursday, and a team of 40 divers had inspected the area and found nothing. The attacks will make a huge dent in tourism at resorts on the Red Sea, where water sports have been suspended and visitors remain fearful.
