Haiti Files Charges Against 'Baby Doc'

Presumably not the homecoming he was expecting: Haitian prosecutors have filed charges against Jean-Claude “Baby Doc” Duvalier for corruption, theft, and misappropriation of funds. He returned to Haiti after 25 years of exile in order, he said, to help his country recover from the earthquake, but instead many hope to see him brought to justice for the alleged torture and murder of thousands of people during his rule in the ‘70s and ‘80s.
