Regis Philbin Steps Down

Television legend Regis Philbin is retiring from Live With Regis and Kelly, the show he has hosted for 25 years. The 79 year old announced his departure on Tuesday’s show, with co-host Kelly Ripa by his side. Philbin’s last day will be this summer. The show will continue with Ripa and a new co-host. Philbin holds a world record for “ Most Hours on Camera.”
