Kermit Gosnell, an abortion doctor in Philadelphia, has been charged with eight counts of murder for the death of a woman who died after a botched abortion and also seven babies who allegedly were born alive during illegal late-term abortions. His wife and eight other people are also under arrest, and four will be charged with murdering the newborn infants.
