John Galliano Apologizes for Anti-Semitic Remarks

After the outrage come the inevitable steps: apology and then rehab. A day after Christian Dior fired John Galliano as its head designer, he’s apologizing for the anti-Semitic comments that got him fired. "Anti-Semitism and racism have no part in our society. I unreservedly apologize for my behavior in causing any offense," he said in a statement. Galliano added that he’s “seeking help,” which is rumored to be rehab. He made the comments on two separate occasions—one recorded on video—while apparently drunk at a Paris bar.
