News Corp. to Hand MySpace to Vevo?

Is News Corp. practically giving MySpace away? Bloomberg says News Corp. may hand MySpace over to Vevo, the music website owned partially by record companies. Under the deal being discussed, which is still in early stages, News Corp. would trade MySpace for a stake in a new venture. Vevo, which streams advertising-backed music videos, could use MySpace’s musician and fan pages.
