It’s not exactly poetic justice. A man named Dexter Isaac, who’s currently serving life in prison for murder, robbery and other offenses, has admitted to shooting Tupac Shakur in a non-fatal incident in1994, according to Isaac claims he was paid $2,500 dollars by hip hop mogul James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond, to gun down Shakur in New York. Shakur was not killed in that shooting—he died after a shooting in Las Vegas in September 1996. Isaac’s alleged confession comes as Shakur would have turned 40 on Wednesday.
