Clive Goodman knows the drill by now: Goodman, News of the World's formal royal editor, was jailed for four months in 2007 for phone hacking. Now he's been arrested again, this time in connection with allegations involving payments to police for information. He was arrested at the same time as NOtW's former editor, Andy Coulson, and both are now being questioned about phone hacking and bribery at their former tabloid.
