Kings of hip-hop Kanye West and Jay-Z revealed a taste of their collaborative album on Wednesday night. The duo teamed up to create “Otis,” which samples from legendary soul singer Otis Redding. On the track, which West produced, the boastful rapper rhymes: “I made ‘Jesus Walks’/I’m never going to Hell.” Their first release from their joint album, Watch the Throne, was “H.A.M.” in January. Fans will still have to wait to hear the rest of what West and Jay-Z have to offer in their highly anticipated collaboration, available digitally on August 1 and physically on August 5.
