Former President George W. Bush will attend the ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of 9/11, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg said Saturday. Other leaders in office during the 2001 attacks, including former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and former New York Gov. George Pataki will also be in attendance. Bloomberg has been strict on the format of the ceremony, allowing lawmakers to read short poems or quotes, but no speeches in order to avoid any political edge. The event will be held on the highway west of ground zero and will only allow victims' relatives to attend. All the nearly 3,000 victims will have their names read aloud for the first time, including those at the Pentagon and United Flight 93.
