NFL Lockout Ends

After four and a half months, the NFL lockout is officially over. Players ratified the new collective bargaining agreement on Thursday afternoon, which for the first time will require annual blood testing for human growth hormone. A source told ESPN that the NFL is aiming to have the new agreement implemented by the first week of the regular season. The NFL will be the first major sports league in the U.S. to enforce blood testing for HGH.
