Michele Bachmann is in for a big week, landing both the cover of NEWSWEEK and a long profile in The New Yorker. “Bachmann has become the living embodiment of the Tea Party,” Lois Romano writes in NEWSWEEK. The New Yorker piece, meanwhile, featured a hilarious anecdote about her controversial husband, Marcus, who asks the reporter what it means to be called a “silver fox.” “Oh, don’t tell me it’s something gay!” Marcus says. “Because I’ve been called that before.” When told that a silver fox is an attractive, gray-haired man, Marcus responds, "O.K., I can handle that."
