One person is dead and three injured after an explosion at France's Marcoule nuclear-power plant—though the risk of a leak has been ruled out, according to Reuters. The explosion apparently occurred after a fire in a radioactive-waste storage site. While there was no leak recorded, authorities set up a security perimeter around the plant. Marcoule is located in Languedoc-Roussillon, near France’s Mediterranean coast. France is the world's most nuclear-reliant nation.
