New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie didn't waste any time picking his 2012 presidential candidate. One week after announcing that he won't run for president, Christie endorsed current GOP frontrunner Mitt Romney, saying he has the perfect mix of private-sector and government experience. Christie spoke at Hanover, N.H., the site of tonight's Republican presidential debate. Christie called Romney "the man we need to lead America," and Romney returned the compliment, calling Christie a "hero" for cutting government spending in New Jersey.
