Police and federal investigators are searching the home of an 11-month-old girl who disappeared without a trace in Kansas City 16 days ago. The search warrant forbade Lisa Irwin’s parents from reentering the house until after the investigation. Police and the FBI searched nearby streets and woods on Tuesday, but did not seem to find much. “It may have been promising for a minute,” the police captain said. “We are trying to do it right and doing all of what we can.”
