    Andrew Cooper / Summit Entertainment

Maybe protesters are occupying Breaking Dawn screenings instead—the people involved in the Twilight sequel are clearly in the 1 percent. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn—Part 1 cashed in $283.5 million globally in the franchise's second-best weekend opening. (New Moon did better in 2009.) It made $139.5 million just in the U.S. to finish No. 1 in the weekend's box-office receipts. No other movie even came close—Happy Feet 2 has made only $22 million so far, barely half of what the first installment earned in its 2006 opening.
