    “Jenny From the Block” tried to convince everyone that she was cruising the streets of her old 'hood while filming shots for a Fiat commercial. But it turns out the star was actually in L.A. for the shoot—part of a new multimillion-dollar endorsement deal she has with the automotive company—while a body double was substituted for the scenes filmed in New York City’s poorest borough. In the commercial's voiceover, Lopez reminds fans and prospective Fiat purchasers that “this is my world. This place inspires me.” Part of the commercial features footage of a rundown barber shop and its owner, who was disappointed that the real J. Lo wasn’t there—but the $1,800 he got from producers made up for it.
