Limbaugh Criticizes Bachmann Song

This photo provided by Rush Limbaugh shows Limbaugh in his Palm Beach, Fla. radio studio, the last week of Sept., 2009. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell says he would not tolerate "divisive" comments from an NFL owner like the ones the talk show host made about Donovan McNabb in 2003. And Colts owner Jim Irsay says he would vote to bar Limbaugh if he tries to buy the St. Louis Rams. (AP Photo/Photo courtesy of Rush Limbaugh)

There’s a classy reaction to an offensive song, and then there’s this. Radio host Rush Limbaugh expressed outrage Wednesday on Michele Bachmann’s behalf after the Late Night With Jimmy Fallon house band The Roots introduced her by playing the song “Lyin’ Ass Bitch.” While Fallon has apologized for the introduction, Limbaugh introduced Michelle Obama with Sir Mix-a-Lot’s “Baby Got Back,” which includes the line “I like big butts.” Bachmann has accepted Fallon’s apology, but she said, “If that song had been played for Michelle Obama, I have no doubt NBC would have apologized to her and most likely they would have fired the drummer, or at least suspended him.”
