California's pepper-spraying cop is apparently an inspiration to children. A 14-year-old in New York City pepper-sprayed her classmates Tuesday in a classroom, sending eight of them to the hospital with minor injuries. Police have issued a summons to the student, who attends the Academy for Social Action in Harlem. The school’s principal did not respond to a request for comment from the New York Daily News.
