    This was even before he has any power. North Korea’s new leader, Kim Jong-un—the 20-something son of the late Kim Jong-il—threatens war in footage from 2009 newly aired by the country's Korean Central Broadcasting Station. The young Kim was shown watching a long-range rocket launch, and the video quoted him as saying that he was determined to wage war if any enemies intercepted the rocket. In 2010 the young Kim was named a four-star general.
