A paparazzo caught Drew Barrymore leaving a doctor’s office in Beverly Hills over the weekend with her fiancé, holding what appears to be a sonogram, TMZ reported on Tuesday. Now it’s only a matter of time before the actress’s rep, who has so far declined to comment, confirms what’s implied in the photo. Barrymore is engaged to Will Kopelman, a 34-year-old art consultant, who popped the question in early January. In a 2006 interview with People, Barrymore said, “I definitely feel the beginnings of a tick-tock,” indicating that she was already eager to start a family back then.
