    Cory Booker Criticizes Obama Camp

    Cory Booker is sick of negative campaigning, including the attacks on Mitt Romney by his own Democratic Party. “This kind of stuff is nauseating to me on both sides. It’s nauseating to the American public. Enough is enough, stop attacking private equity. Stop attacking Jeremiah Wright,” the Newark, N.J., mayor said on NBC’s Meet the Press Sunday. Later Sunday evening, Booker—an Obama-campaign surrogate—walked back his criticism with a YouTube video explaining why he used the word “nauseated.” Today, former Tennessee representative Harold Ford Jr. said, “I would not have backed off the comments if I were Mayor Booker.”
