Police said Wednesday that they believe the two body parts sent to the Ottawa Conservative Party office are related to a torso found in Montreal. Ottawa, Ont., police said Tuesday that a severed foot had been delivered to the ruling Conservative Party offices—in a blood-soaked box delivered by Canada Post. The package was addressed to the Conservative Party of Canada. Police then confirmed Tuesday night that another body part had been sent to the office, but would not say what it was or where it was found. Both packages were mailed to Ottawa from Montreal, police said.
