Romney Meets Potential VPs

    The Bachelor, Republican vice-presidential edition? Mitt Romney is meeting with several top vice-presidential favorites this weekend while on a private retreat with top fundraisers in Utah. At the retreat: former Minnesota governor Tim Pawlenty, Sen. Rob Portman, Congressman Paul Ryan, and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal—and they will be joined by former Florida governor Jeb Bush and former secretary of state Condoleezza Rice. The retreat could draw up to 700 people, including donors and so-called bundlers. On Friday attendees received tote bags and ski jumpers while Ann Romney kicked things off with an introduction to her family—including a roast of her sons, four of whom attended.
