Riot police and demonstrators clashed for the fourth night in a row in Anaheim, Calif., as more than 600 people gathered outside City Hall to protest recent officer-involved shootings, including one of an unarmed man. As the crowd grew violent—setting fire to trash cans, breaking windows, and taunting officers—riot police fired beanbag rounds and pepper balls at the protesters. Twenty-four people were arrested. Back-to-back weekend shootings have brought the tally of shootings by police officers in Orange County six so far this year.
