    Zynga Reports $22.8M Loss

    But FarmVille’s so addictive. Zynga posted a loss of $22.8 million on revenue of $332 million for the second quarter. Shares in the company, which created games like FarmVille and Mafia Wars, plummeted by 40 percent to $3 in after-hours trading. The losses are also expected to spread to Facebook, which relies on Zynga for 12 percent of its revenue. Shares of the social media giant fell 8 percent in after-hours trading, but the company will post its earnings later.
