Elizabeth Warren Nabs DNC Speech
The roster for September’s Democratic National Convention is filling up quickly. Following the news that former president Bill Clinton will be delivering the event’s keynote address, it was announced Monday that party rising star and Massachusetts Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren will also speak on the convention’s penultimate night. Warren will talk immediately before Clinton on Sept. 5, and will likely focus on the differences between the president’s and GOP rival Mitt Romney’s economic plans. The Democratic National Convention begins Sept. 3 in Charlotte, N.C.
