Louisiana Starts Isaac Cleanup

    Isaac is gone, but he left a hefty mess behind. The power is back and floodwaters have receded in much of Louisiana Friday, but recovery in the state’s storm-ravaged areas has only just begun as evacuated residents return to debris-littered neighborhoods, sopping wet homes, and roads awash with brown water. Both Mitt Romney and Barack Obama are planning trips to visit the affected communities. Meanwhile, Isaac has moved on to the Midwest, and has knocked out power to thousands of people and caused flash flood warnings in Arkansas.
