Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri has called upon his followers to wage holy war against the United States and Israel over the anti-Islam film Innocence of Muslims. In an audio recording released Saturday, Zawahiri also praises the attackers who stormed the U.S. Embassy in Cairo and the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi in reaction to the film last month as "honest and zealous." Violence sparked by the online release of a trailer for the film has already resulted in 17 deaths and rioting across the Middle East.
