Obama Casts Early Ballot

When times are tough, it’s good to know you can always count on yourself for support. The president took a moment out from his busy touring schedule Thursday to cast an early vote in the 2012 election. “I can’t tell you who I’m voting for,” he told a crowd in Tampa. “It’s a secret ballot. But Michelle says she voted for me.” By casting the early vote, Obama became the first sitting president to vote before Election Day. Obama said he hopes others will follow his example and vote early in order to avoid a close election like one that forced a recount in 2000. No word yet on whom Romney is voting for.
