TOP 10 RIGHT NOW
On the bright side, there is probably really cheap airfare right now. Flights resumed to Newark Liberty Airport and John F. Kennedy Airport on Wednesday, but the flooded LaGuardia Airport will remained closed until further notice. A JetBlue flight from Long Beach, Calif., touched ground at JFK at 7:04 a.m., and a FedEx plane landed at Newark at 7:12 a.m., the first two flights to land in the New York area since Monday. All airports in New York City—the nation’s busiest airspace—have been closed since before the storm hit, grounding more than 18,000 flights. Flying has already begun to Philadelphia, Boston, Washington-Dulles, and Reagan Airport in Virginia.
