Unfortunately for the veep candidate, he failed to put any thought into his Halloween costume. Ryan’s daughter Liza dressed as Katy Perry (who’s openly endorsed Obama), his sons went as “spooky goblins,” and his wife dressed as a witch. Ryan wore a University of Wisconsin hat and jacket, presumably taking on the persona of “Wisconsin Guy."
