Obama Wins the Presidency

    Barack Obama has been reelected president of the United States, The Daily Beast, CNN, and NBC News declare. The call comes after Obama was projected winner of the crucial lynchpin state of Ohio. He continues to barely lead Florida, which is considered the other major swing state. NBC called the race at 11:14 p.m.— before midnight, even though many pundits predicted the declaration could drag on for days. At 11:16 p.m., the president's offical Twitter account tweeted, simply, "Four more years."
