Some politicians embarked on their triumphant returns to the White House Wednesday morning. Disgraced former New York Congressman Anthony Weiner made his triumphant return to Twitter. Weiner, whose political career was ruined when he tweeted a photo of his unmentionables and then failed in his attempt to cover up the goof, hasn’t tweeted in more than a year. This time, instead of exposing himself, he is exposing the devastation suffered in Rockaway Beach, New York, during Hurricane Sandy, posting a video of the damage and making a plea for assistance in the area. Prior to the storm, his most recent tweet was on June 1, 2011.
