    Military Jets Escort Flight to D.C.

    He probably should have gone back to his seat. An emergency was declared aboard a United Airlines flight from Denver to Washington, D.C. on Thursday, after a passenger began praying in the middle of the aisle. Military jets were then dispatched to escort the plane to D.C. and the plane landed safely at Denver International Airport. A spokeswoman for United said that the action was taken because the passenger would not follow flight-attendant instructions.
