    Twin Car Bombs Explode in Syria

    Two car bombs exploded in Deraa, Syria, Saturday morning, killing at least 20 soldiers and wounding dozens more. The two cars, packed with explosives, were detonated at a military camp in what appeared to be targeted attacks. The tactic is a favorite of various groups fighting against President Bashar al-Assad's regime, although no organization has yet claimed responsibility for Saturday's events and Syrian state media has released no details.
