     At least 10,000 Egyptians are spending Saturday night in Tahrir Square—the same site where protests raged during Arab Spring. Demonstrators are protesting a new constitutional declaration made by President Mohamed Morsi giving him power over the judiciary branch. The country’s top judges are calling the move an “unprecedented attack,” and the Obama administration has expressed concern over the implications for the separation of powers in the already fragile democracy.
