    ‘Girls’ Actress Gives Birth to a Son

    Fans of HBO’s Girls were curious about who Lena Dunham could be talking about when she tweeted, “one of my friends had a baby” earlier this month. The friend in question was confirmed on Friday afternoon: Dunham’s co-star, Jemima Kirke (who plays Jessa Johansson on the show) recently gave birth to a son. Kirke named the baby, her second child, Memphis. Maybe his famous future lies not in hipsterdom but in country music?
