The rumors are abounding over the death of 33-year-old New York mother Sarai Sierra, who was found murdered during a vacation in Istanbul. A new suspect, “Taylan K,” reportedly had online communication with Sierra for several months, but denies any part in her disappearance. He has been interviewed by the Turkish police, and now a local newspaper claims the man told authorities he and Sierra met and had consensual sex the day before she disappeared. Another source told the New York Post that the FBI is investigating whether her purpose for the trip wasn’t photography, as is believed, and involved “a criminal element.”
