    Yahoo Bans Working Remotely

    Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer is demanding that all employees swap their PJs for office attire. Announcing a new HR plan Friday, Mayer is requiring that all employees who used to work for the company remotely relocate to the company’s facilities. The announcement means several hundred remote workers will have to make the decision to either comply or quit. According to All Things D, impacted staffers are furious “because they felt they were initially hired with the assumption that they could work more flexibly”—and maybe a little because now they’re going to miss Ellen.
