    T-Mobile to End Contracts

    Don’t call it a comeback! T-Mobile, in an attempt to disrupt a market dominated by Verizon and AT&T, will not only be ending onerous and unpopular yearly contracts, but will also allow phone users to opt out of phone subsidies and to use any phone model. Perhaps most important, T-Mobile will also end the 15 seconds of instructions callers hear when they want to leave a voicemail.
